*Workshop includes 4 sessions on Saturdays 10:45-12:15pm from June 6-27, 2026 at BlackBox Studios at 3498 School St., Oakland, CA 94602

*Workshop designed for absolute beginners to create an environment that goes slow and encourages questions.

*Dancers will learn basic ballet positions and steps, and will learn fundamental barre and center combinations preparing them to be able to take Beginner Adult Ballet classes with more confidence.

*Dancers will also learn conditioning exercises to help strengthen the body and prevent injuries.
