Youth Ballet II/II: Two or Three Classes a Week Membership.

Youth Ballet III: Three or Unlimited Classes a Week Membership.

Membership Info & Policies:

*Monthly memberships with convenient auto-pay. No fees to join, and you can cancel or change your membership. For assistance through email please email within 48 hours prior to the next billing cycle.

*Monthly memberships are billed the 1st of the month. Pricing based on 4 week month based on year long attendance.

*Memberships can be paused for one month, once a year for free. Additional holds will incur a $25 charge. Please notify through email a hold 2 weeks prior to the date you would like to request the hold.

*Memberships are intended for customers who want long term, consistent training. Please use a class card or drop in classes if you don't intend on taking class regularly or plan on taking long breaks.

*Memberships can only be used for one student. Each family member must each have their own enrollment.

*Make up classes must be made within the billing cycle month. Make up classes do not roll over.

*Contracts can be cancelled by either party.

*No refunds on Memberships that are cancelled late or cancelled mid cycle.

*Memberships can be terminated online by user or by BlackBox Studios. If you would like BlackBox Studios to handle cancellation, please email with at least weeks notice to avoid the charge posting on the first of the month.

REGISTER

• To register for your Free Trial Class, click the REGISTER button below, or navigate to the Class Schedule.

• Click BOOK next to the class you are taking for your Free Trial.

• You will be prompted to create a Mindbody account or Sign In.

• Please sign up with the name of the person taking class!

• Once you are logged in you will be given the options for payment: “Contracts” Membership Options, or “Passes” Class Packs, Drop In, or Free Trial.
